Estimated turnaround time is three (3) to five (5) working days from the date of receipt. Completion times are estimates only and may vary depending on the condition of the items or operational requirements.
All prices quoted are subject to final inspection and assessment upon receipt of the items. Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled items, stain removal, specialised treatment or urgent service requests. Any additional charges will be communicated before processing where reasonably practicable.
Stain removal is performed using professional cleaning methods; however, complete removal of all stains cannot be guaranteed, particularly for aged, permanent, chemically altered or previously treated stains.
Items will be cleaned according to the manufacturer's care label. Where care labels are missing, damaged or illegible, cleaning will be carried out using the Company's best judgement and at the customer's risk.
We shall not be liable for damage arising from pre-existing wear and tear, inherent fabric weaknesses, ageing, colour fading, colour bleeding, shrinkage, manufacturing defects, or damage to delicate trims such as buttons, beads, buckles, sequins, ornaments or similar accessories.
Household items, leather, suede and other specialised materials are accepted and processed entirely at the customer's own risk.
Customers are responsible for removing all valuables from pockets prior to submission. We shall not be liable for the loss of money, jewellery, documents or other personal belongings left in garments.
While every reasonable care will be taken, the Company's liability for any proven loss or damage shall not exceed ten (10) times the service charge paid for the affected item.
Any cancellation or amendment to an order must be made before processing begins. Once processing has commenced, cancellation may not be possible and charges may apply.
Delivery schedules are estimates only and may be affected by traffic conditions, weather, equipment failure or other unforeseen operational circumstances.
Any discrepancy in the quantity of items or any claim relating to the service must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours of collection or delivery.
Customers are encouraged to inspect all items upon collection or delivery.
Items remaining uncollected for more than ninety (90) days from the date of completion may be donated, sold or otherwise disposed of without further notice.
Full payment must be made before collection or delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Customers must present the original receipt when collecting their items. Collection without the original receipt is at the Company's sole discretion and may require satisfactory proof of ownership and identity.
Cucci by DNN Linen Atelier reserves the right to refuse any item deemed unsafe, excessively soiled, contaminated or unsuitable for processing.
